Is the free plan actually useful?
Yes. Free includes the Today cockpit, day schedule, habits, goals, projects, notes, daily score, performance coach, and 7-day analytics — enough to run a meaningful week before upgrading.
What is the daily score?
A weighted execution metric: 40% discipline (habits), 30% tasks due today, 20% learning minutes, 10% evening review. You set a target (default 96%). It measures how you ran the day — not just how many boxes you checked.
What is capacity planning?
The Torch Man sums your scheduled habits, learning, and task estimates against a 14-hour practical daily ceiling. When a day is tight or overloaded, you see warnings on Today, Insights, and while scheduling — before you commit.
What happens after I sign up?
Create your account, verify your email with a one-time code, and start setting up life areas. Paid plans complete checkout through Polar, then you verify email and land in your workspace.
Can I export my data?
Plus includes plan import and notes export. Pro adds full plan export. You can also use account backup in Settings for a complete JSON bundle of your workspace.
How is my data protected?
Your workspace is private to your account, stored on secure infrastructure, and never sold. See our Privacy Policy for retention and processing details.
